A dear friend from across the pond sent me this lovely little cupcake for my Birthday. It was DELISH! Delicate pieces of white chocolate shaved into little ringlettes. So beautiful that I almost didn’t want to eat it. Came to the house frozen so I had to wait for it to thaw a little.
